Try the seasonal tasting menu to really dive into all the local flavours on offer.
Alternatively, dine a la carte and enjoy dishes like the Beef Tartare with cured duck yolk, or the Lamb with smoked onion, beets and fingerlings. In addition to the top-notch food is the top-notch ambience of the restaurant. Occupying a typically gorgeous example of St. John’s architecture that dates back to 1915, Raymonds looks over the harbour. Raymond’s isn’t cheap, but it’s a great option when you’ve got something to celebrate.
